Call upon landlords and lessors of large roof tops and surface land

  • You own large roof tops and surface land in Germany

  • Investing in your own photovoltaic system is not your intention

  • You are planning to do something for the sustainability of our planet with the objective to even gain financially?

Why not leasing your unused property to install a photovoltaic system? This is done via a defined lease agreement for an appointed time of 20 years according to the EEG (German renewable energy act), which regulates the guaranteed feed-in tariff paid to the PV operator for 20 years.

How much may I expect to lease my property for?

The amount of rent depends upon the quality of your provided roof or surface land to run a PV-system in the first place. For your information, a current project revealed for a 30 kWp roof PV-system covering 250m² on area roughly 20.000 Euro for the landlord accumulated in a 20 year period!

Requirements to run a PV system economically

The southern states of Germany provide ideal location for installing a PV system. More information on location requirements are provided at:

Preferred objects are flat rooftops (minimum 600 m²) und tilted roof tops (minimum 250m²) as well as free field agricultural/brownfield land.
